Macbook Delivery

If you want to save your time we can send the courier for your MacBook.

We will add 50$ to repair price and arrange delivery in both sides.

PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTION BELOW:

Shipping information

  • Do not send anything aside from your MacBook for service (e.g. cases, original boxes, additional unnecessary accessories).
  • Package your device in bubble wrap or a bubble wrap envelope to protect it.
  • Also with your device send the following information on a sheet of paper:

Phone number
Email address
Phone model
Brief description of the problem you are experiencing.

  • We will perform a free diagnosis of the problem and give you the exact cost and problem. Then, if you decide to proceed, we will fix it and send it back to you.
  • Upon completion of the diagnosis we will contact you by phone to provide an estimate for repair.
  • Upon completion of the repairs and preparations to return-ship your device, we will call you for your credit card information to pay for the repairs and shipping.
  • Repaired devices are shipped back to you the same day or the next day.
